Thinking/reading back on the recent Revel, it occurs to me that Grey earned himself a good chunk of Glory that night. He damaged one Bane and destroyed a second. He interposed himself between an ally and danger, unhesitatingly. He survived a mortal wound and gained a Battlescar.

Too bad he isn't an Ahroun, huh? Especially considering the fact that, by Thralling and killing an ally, he lost a good chunk of Honor. Wisdom too, I think? But definitely Honor.

Such is life for Thomas Grey.

Whether because of reading Harry Potter stuff or because I've been playing Morrowind GotY on the XBox (mmm, Bloodmoon), I have werewolves on the brain. Not Garou. Not shapeshift-at-will noble-protectors-of-the-forest werewolves, I mean cursed raging snarling lycanthropes that have less to do with being a wolf than they do about being humanity's nightmare about wolves. If that makes sense. I mean poor bastards who aren't bad people otherwise. I'm talking An American Werewolf in London, She-Wolf of London, the Wolfman... and of course poor Remus Lupin.

Grrr. Grrr snarl.
